Ingredients
- ⢠One medium sour dough Baggett, sliced lengthwise.
- ⢠One decently thick slice of ham, rind removed.
- ⢠Real mayonnaise, to taste.
- ⢠Dijon mustard, to taste.
- ⢠Very ripe, vine ripened, tomato, thin sliced.
- ⢠1 or 2 leaves butter lettuce, more if you like.
- ⢠Thin slices of room temp camembert or brie cheese to cover ham. I slice this cold from the fridge and then let it come to room temp on the ham. Needs to be at room temp for full flavor.
- ⢠A light sprinkle of parsley (optional)
- ⢠salt and fresh pepper to taste.
