Ingredients

• • One medium sour dough Baggett, sliced lengthwise.
• • One decently thick slice of ham, rind removed.
• • Real mayonnaise, to taste.
• • Dijon mustard, to taste.
• • Very ripe, vine ripened, tomato, thin sliced.
• • 1 or 2 leaves butter lettuce, more if you like.
• • Thin slices of room temp camembert or brie cheese to cover ham. I slice this cold from the fridge and then let it come to room temp on the ham. Needs to be at room temp for full flavor.
• • A light sprinkle of parsley (optional)
• • salt and fresh pepper to taste.
