Ingredients
- 1 lb long grain white rice
- 7 oz. tuna in water,,,drained
- 5 regular sized potatoes cut in slices (like fryed potatoes)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 small tomatoes or 2 large ones sliced in wedges
- 1 purple onion sliced in wedges
- about 1/3 cup of cilantro (cut finely) more of less, depends on your like for cilantro
- 2 T. (or less depending on your taste) Tablespoons of cumin (i use the ground kind,,,Mc Cormick)
- dash of salt and pepper

We Have An Exchange Student From Peru And She Made This Dish For Us From Peru,,,and It Is One Of Favorites Now!!! You Can Substitute The Tuna For Cooked Chicken Or Cooked Steak. Either Is Good.
