- 1 clove garlic, smashed and sliced finely
- 1 TBSP ginger, sliced finely
- 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 1 TBSP Low salt soy sauce
- 1 Dash ground ginger
- 1 Dash garlic powder (to taste)
- red pepper plakes to taste
- Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 350
