Ingredients

• 1-large can of stewed tomatoes italian style or plain stewed.
• 1-onion chopped up into med. size pieces.
• 1-1/2 lb of ground beef or you can use ground turkey as that is what i use most of the time.
• 1-1/2 large bags of mixed vegetables.
• 2- stocks of chopped celery
• 1tsp of garlic- chopped
• salt and pepper.
• 1/2 of a green or red pepper. chop in sm. pieces.
• 1cup of cooked rice white or brown.
• 2 tbsp of corn starch. mixed in cold water
