- 4 cups (1 lb.) all purpose flour
- About 14 fl. oz. water
- Dry flour for dusting

- Half a head (1 1/2 lb.) Chinese cabbage
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallions
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
