St Martins Chestnut Bisque Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 oz chestnuts, boiled and peeled
  • 1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
  • 10 oz potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 cups water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices of parma ham, grilled or fried until crispy

This Soup Has A Wonderful Consistency And It Is A "must Eat" At My Home During St. Martin's Festivities.
