Ingredients
- sausagE & wild rice CASSEROLE
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain & wild rice (cooked & set aside)
- 1 lb. bulk sausage, brown & drain
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Mix together. Spoon in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
