Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • sausagE & wild rice CASSEROLE
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain & wild rice (cooked & set aside)
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage, brown & drain
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can mushroom pieces
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Mix together. Spoon in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
