Ingredients
- 2lbs small Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
- 1/4 cup butter, melted, or, can sub 1/4 cup salad quality olive oil
- juice from 2 lemons
- 1T honey
- 1-2t Sirracha(also known as "Rooster sauce", or, sub your favorite hot sauce)
- 1/2-1t red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
- peanut or olive oil for frying
