Shells Florentine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo macaroni shells (7 ounce pkg)
  • 2 tbsp of chopped onion
  • 2 cups of cream style cottage cheese
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp of oil
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 1 10 ounce of package frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 1/2 salt
  • 2 tbsp of chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 3/4 cup of chicken broth
