- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 1 10 ounce of package frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
- 1/2 salt
- 2 tbsp of chopped onion
- 3 tbsp of flour
- 3/4 cup of chicken broth
