• 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
• 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 teaspoons melted
