- 30 spring roll wrappers (rice paper rounds)-- 2 for each egg roll!
- 2 large raw tuna steaks (I used yellow-fin)
- 1 small head green cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 large white onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 & 1/2 cups mung bean sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup "Simply orange with Mango" juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lemon, halved
- 3 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- sesame oil
- canola oil
