- 2 shredded apples(with or without peal)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt (can be low fat)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp vanilla powder
- 2-3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
Description
This Is My Way Dealing With The Guilt I Get When My Kids Have Their Waffle Addiction Days, I Try To Add In A Little Bit Of Fiber And Vitamin( Hence The Apple..) Eventually It Has Become One Of My Basic Recipes For Waffles!
