Grilled Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • salmon fillets (with skin on) 4-5 oz. per serving
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 TBS. butter melted
  • 2 TBS. maple syrup
  • Your favorite commercial or homemade BBQ rub, to taste
