  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 to 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon whiskey
  • Alma's Fruited Mustard
  • 2 pounds unsalted butter (8 sticks)
  • 2 bay leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet-hot mustard
  • 2 cups dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
