Roasted Red Pepper White Fish And Veggies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 tilapia, or other mild white fish, fillets(about 2 1/2-3lbs)
  • 10-12oz Fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups broccoli slaw
  • 2-3 green onions, sliced(or sub 1 small onion, slice thin)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 roasted red peppers, chopped
  • about 6oz roasted red pepper vinaigrette
  • 4T butter, melted(can sub half olive oil, if desired)
  • 2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Description

This Easy Fish And Vegetable Dish Is Bursting With Flavor. The "rules" Say No Cheese With Fish, But The Feta On Top Of This Dish Adds A Fantastic Dimension. :) The Idea Of This Is Quick And Easy But Still Fresh And Tasty. I Used Kraft
