- 6 tilapia, or other mild white fish, fillets(about 2 1/2-3lbs)
- 10-12oz Fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
- 2-3 green onions, sliced(or sub 1 small onion, slice thin)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 roasted red peppers, chopped
- about 6oz roasted red pepper vinaigrette
- 4T butter, melted(can sub half olive oil, if desired)
- 2 lemon
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
