Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 pounds of butternut and acorn squash, peeled, seeded and diced about 6 cups
- 1/2 cup chopped leeks or you can use regular onion
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 small apples, peeled cored and diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 5 cups of low sodium free chicken stock of canned
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 2/3 cups sour cream
- Chopped fresh chives or parsley for the top

Really Yummy I Also Put The Soups On And Let Them Simmer For Longer Than They Say! I Added The Cider And Cream Sauce To The Soup It Is Not Shown On Its Own.
