Super Speedy Simple Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup corn startch
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2T dried dill or 1/4 cup fresh
  • 2T fresh chives, minced
  • 2t Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2-2t cayenne (can sub paprika, if you don't want the heat)
  • kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper..don't skimp on these!
  • 3 eggs
  • 2t hot sauce
  • 1T Dijon
  • lemon wedges for serving
