Ingredients
- 2lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup corn startch
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2T dried dill or 1/4 cup fresh
- 2T fresh chives, minced
- 2t Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2-2t cayenne (can sub paprika, if you don't want the heat)
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper..don't skimp on these!
- 3 eggs
- 2t hot sauce
- 1T Dijon
- lemon wedges for serving
