• 8 ounces salsa.. I like our local store brand... but Pace is good
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• paprika
• 8 eggs
• fresh ground pepper to taste
• parsley or cilantro... I like the cilantro
• 1 cup shredded cheese... Now we like American or colby or a mix
• 8 corn tortillas fried in oil until crispy not hard
• sour cream
• jalapeno slices to taste... a Texas thing!
