Pav Bhaji Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6-8 pav bread
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 1 onion(finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tomato(finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 3 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • vegetables(cut into small pieces):
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1/2 cup german turnip(Kohlrabi)
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • Pressure cook potatoes(cut into half), peas, vegetables,1 tsp salt with enough water in a cooker for 1 whistle./ or microwave the vegetables till it completely cooks.
  • Separate the boiled vegetables from water. Save the water.
