Ingredients
- 6-8 pav bread
- 4 tsp oil
- 1 onion(finely chopped)
- 1/2 tomato(finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 3 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp butter
- salt to taste
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 cup green peas
- vegetables(cut into small pieces):
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup beans
- 1/2 cup german turnip(Kohlrabi)
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- Pressure cook potatoes(cut into half), peas, vegetables,1 tsp salt with enough water in a cooker for 1 whistle./ or microwave the vegetables till it completely cooks.
- Separate the boiled vegetables from water. Save the water.
