  • 1/2- cup coconut, toasted

  • 1- cup whipping cream
  • 1- tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4- teaspoon vanilla
  • 2- 3 tablespoons apricot preserves , melted
  • 1/2- cup coconut toasted
