Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups half and half
- 1 ½ tbsp flour
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (three types. I used: sharp white cheddar, dill Havarti, mozzarella)
- 5 strips thick bacon (apple-wood smoked), diced
- 5 mushrooms, sliced thin
- 12 stalks asparagus
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 handful scallions, diced
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- nutmeg powder
- scallions, chopped
- 1 pastry shell
- olive oil
Description
I Have To Say, This Was A Rather Involved Process But The Result Was Worth It! As I Often Do, I Read Many Recipes And Made My Own Version. Of Course, You May Leave Out The Bacon If Needed And Add Or Subtract Any Vegetables You Like.
