- onion (whichever type you like best- red looks prettiest!)
- butter
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Description
This Sounded Bizarre To Me When I Saw It On A Popular Cooking Show But Once I Tasted It I Was Converted! I Often Eat This For Breakfast Using Leftover Grilled Asparagus But It'd Be Great For Lunch With Potato Salad Or Even Just Some Salt And Vinegar Chip
