  • 11 ounces celery root peeled and diced small
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ounce bread crumbs
  • 1 pomegranate seeded
  • 1/2 bunch chopped chives
  • 10 celery heart leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
