Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 package fresh mushrooms
- 1 package vemicelli
- 2 cans cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes (you can use mild if you don't like it spicy)
- 1/4 block of Velveeta cheese, cubed (you can add more if you like it cheesier)
