Ingredients
- 1 pkg or 1 tbs yeast
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup warm water (not above 110 degrees)
- 1 cup grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk, warmed (not above 110)
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 to 4 cups bread flour
- 2 tbs butter, melted and cooled to warm
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Description
We Developed This In Response To Borinda's Request For A Cheese Bread. We Make Bread Several Times A Week. The Aromas -- WOW. The Loaf Has Good Texture, But It's Hard To Resist -- We Didn't --just Pulling Some Off And Eating It Warm. Enjoy!
