Ingredients
- 2 avocados, mashed (I prefer diced)
- 3 tablespoons green chilies, diced
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated (I add sharp as well like cheddar, longhorne)
- butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons onion, diced (I saute' till carmelized)
- 3/4 cup bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 4 flour tortillas

I Found This Recipe It Is An Appetizer But More Than That It Is A Great Light Lunch And A Great Dinner For Something Different And Serve It With Soup. I Get Tired Of Meat Meals All The Time. The Recipe Calls For Mashed Avocado’s I Prefer To Dice Them. I
