- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup instant potato flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, optional
