Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cabots Plain Greek Style yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons mincied fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic - 2 cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun spice (the recipe called for curry but I had cajun spice and it was very good)
- 1 pound uncooked peeled and cleaned shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1Lemon (Ok, I used the whole lemon, the recipe called for 1/2)
Description
This Is Another Recipe I Got At The Grocery Store. It Was Given Out By A Cabot Yogurt Representative. It Is Truly Delicious! I Had To Add It To Make Sure I Saved It For Myselt! My Times Do Not Reflect The 30 To 60 Minutes Marinading Time.
