- 8 oz monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 poblano peppers, roasted, peeled and chopped
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- Sift together:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs baking powder
- Chorizo Borracho:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 tbs chili powder
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 jigger or 1 oz tequila
