Ingredients

• a few handfuls of fresh cherry tomatoes halved

• 3 tsp apple juice
• pinch or two of black pepper
• juice of half a lemon
• stirr together in a bowel and marinate stiring often to create a creamy dressing
• 1 head chopped lettuce
• 1 cup crushed up tortilla chips, i like juarez
• 1 cup grated cheese {optional}
