Antipasto Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 an english cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes; halved
  • 1 1/2 cups bocconcini pearls
  • 1/2 cup green olives with pimento
  • 2 tbsp drained & chopped pickled hot peppers
  • 2 cans chunk tuna, drained
  • salad greens
