- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup clam broth
- 3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon hot Hungarian paprika or more if desired.
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- grated Parmigianno Reggiaonno cheese. if desired.

This Dish Is A Seafood Favorite Of Mine That Is Very Good And Creamy And It Has A Good Kick To It. Great To Serve When Guests Are Over.
