Asparagus Crepes With Cheese Sauce Recipe


  • 32 stalks asparagus
  • 16 crepes
  • Cheese sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


These Are So Good. Requires A Little Effort But They Are So Elegant And So Impressive. I Usually Make These For Special Holiday Meals. In Fact, I Will Be Making These Sunday For Easter. I Hope You Enjoy As Much As We Do.
