Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups cooked or grilled sweet corn or as desired
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 rib of celery fine diced
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 2 tbs flour
- hot chicken broth, approx 4 cups or as needed
- salt, pepper, thyme
- heavy cream as needed to thin soup
- Optional: 1 cup diced cooked chicken, 1 cup chopped clams
