Ingredients
- 3 C rice (i prefer brown basmati)
- 2 C green beans
- 1/2 C peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 2 TSP honey
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 TSP ginger (crystalized is the best!)
- 1/2 to 1/3 C water
- sriracha (or other, subpar) hot sauce to taste
- a dash of sesame oil, if you've got it
Description
These Beans Are Great As A Side Or As A Main Dish When Served Over Rice. It's Super Quick And Pretty Snazzy. The Sauce Can Be Used On All Kinds Of Things.
