Thai Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 C rice (i prefer brown basmati)
  • 2 C green beans
  • 1/2 C peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 2 TSP honey
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 TSP ginger (crystalized is the best!)
  • 1/2 to 1/3 C water
  • sriracha (or other, subpar) hot sauce to taste
  • a dash of sesame oil, if you've got it

Description

These Beans Are Great As A Side Or As A Main Dish When Served Over Rice. It's Super Quick And Pretty Snazzy. The Sauce Can Be Used On All Kinds Of Things.
