Apricot Walnut Bars Recipe


  • 1-1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1-1/2 sticks cold, unsalted butter cut into tablespoon sized pieces
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. apricot preserves
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts


I Got This Off Of Tanya's Sunday Baker Blog. Tried It And It Is Easy And Good. It's A Good Way To Use Up Apricot Preserves.
