- Pinch fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 pounds ground chuck
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 ounces shredded fontina cheese
- 4 potato buns, split
- 4 teaspoons toasted pine nuts
- 1 cup wild arugula (or baby arugula), lightly packed
