  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin Spanish olive oil
  • 1/8 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons grated Romano
