  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 3/4 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and halved lengthwise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nuoc nam (Vietnamese fish sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 pack enoki mushrooms
  • Vegetable oil, as needed
  • Red leaf lettuce, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, and basil leaves, for serving
