  • A handful pitted black olives, oil cured or kalamata, chopped
  • 1 pound tuna steak
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • A handful flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, shredded
