- 6 large (12-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
Toppings:
- Shred up a pile of your favorite raw vegetables or
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- Shredded carrots
- Fresh bean sprouts
- Thinly sliced scallions
