Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, farmer's cheese, or ricotta cheese
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
