Ingredients

  1. 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  2. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  3. All-purpose flour, for dusting
  4. 1/4 cup sesame seeds, preferably unhulled
  5. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  6. 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  7. 1 large garlic clove, minced
  8. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  9. 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  10. 1 pound broccoli, stems peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thick rounds, tops cut into florets
  11. 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  12. 1/2 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  13. Steamed rice, for serving
