SALSA

  1. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  2. 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  3. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  4. 1/4 cup minced onion
  5. 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  6. 2 jalapeos, minced
  7. 1 garlic clove, minced
  8. Salt
