- 2eggs, at room temperature
- 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
SHORTBREAD
- 1/2 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, toasted and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon cold milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Coconut-Tapioca Sauce, for serving
