SAUCE

  1. 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  4. 2 tablespoons honey
  5. 1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  6. 2 tablespoons dark rum
  1. 1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream, for serving
