GRISSINI

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 2 envelopes active dry yeast (4 teaspoons)
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar
  4. 3 cups bread flour (1 pound), plus more for kneading and rolling
  5. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  6. 1 tablespoon salt
  7. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
  8. Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
  9. 3/4 pound Montasio cheese, cut into wedges, for serving
