    • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
    • 3 large egg yolks
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    • Chopped fresh parsley
