- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Salt to taste
