- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce, or tamari
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons miso, (see Note)
- 1 cup packed spinach leaves, washed, dried and coarsely chopped
- 4 scallions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated daikon radish, (see Note)
